These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the punnagaitourism.com website and your booking of taxi, outstation cab, and tour package services with Punnagai Tourism, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We arrange local and outstation taxi bookings and tour packages across Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and South India. Vehicle availability, routes, and itineraries are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by WhatsApp. Online payments made through our website (card, UPI, or net banking) are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Prices quoted are subject to change based on distance, vehicle type, season, and toll/parking charges unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/departure time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/departure time will be charged 50% of the booking value.
• No-shows (failing to be present at the pickup location/time without prior cancellation) are not eligible for any refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop details and travel dates, and for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Please carry valid identification where required for travel.

Liability

While we take care in selecting our drivers and vehicles, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road conditions, or events of force majeure. Any personal belongings left in a vehicle are the traveler’s own responsibility.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
